Ferebik Heavy Equipment offers:

• Heavy equipment sales and rentals.

• Operator services.

• Logistics, transportation, and related support.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to businesses and individuals. There are no age or licensing restrictions for inquiries or bookings, but customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and site regulations.

3. Rental & Sales Terms

• Equipment remains the property of Ferebik unless purchased outright.

• Customers must ensure safe use and storage of rented equipment.

• Any misuse or unlawful use of equipment is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment methods will be agreed upon between Ferebik and the customer (bank transfer, invoicing, or other methods).

• Payments must be completed according to agreed timelines.

• Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.

5. Liability & Damages

• Customers are responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of equipment while in their care.

• Ferebik is not liable for project delays, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse of equipment or negligence on-site.

• Operator services provided by Ferebik are trained and skilled, but site safety remains the customer’s responsibility.

6. Service Refusal & Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate contracts at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of non-payment, misuse, or breach of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
